Purchase Orders
To purchase our products, we do not require purchase orders. However, if your company requires you to use a purchase order, please have that number available when calling in your order. This number must also be included on your order form. You may e-mail your purchase order to sassi@sassi.com.
Shipping Policy
Orders received before 5 p.m. eastern time will be shipped the next business day.
Orders are shipped the best way, either United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or Post Office (USPS). Rush orders in the US are shipped by UPS (Next day air, 2nd day air, or 3 day select) for an additional fee. Rush orders in Canada are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express Plus, Express, or Expedited (not available in all areas) for an additional fee. All Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders to the Yukon or Northwest Territories is via Post Office only.
Shipments returned to SASSI as undeliverable may incur a charge of up to double the original shipping cost for further shipping attempts. Please ensure the shipping address is complete with the correct zip code, business name, any necessary street identifiers such as “Ave”, and appropriate suite or apartment numbers. Also, please ensure you place orders with consideration for upcoming days that your business may be closed or there might not be personnel available to sign for a package.
If you would like your package to be delivered without a signature required, please include that request when placing your order. Packages without the signature requirement will not be replaced by SASSI if they are lost, damaged, or stolen.
Return Policy
If your order is found to be incorrect it may be returned for exchange or credit within sixty (60) days from date of purchase. If your order has been damaged in shipping please retain all of the original packaging and call Customer Service at 800.726.0526 for assistance.
Any items advertised in our current catalog may be exchanged within one (1) year from date of purchase if they are in sale-able condition. These items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Original shipping & handling costs are not refundable and customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned materials. Please call Customer Service at 800.726.0526 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We recommend you carefully package and insure return shipments. We will not accept damaged or non-saleable materials and are not responsible for lost returned shipments.
